With flexible scheduling on weekdays and Saturdays, it’s simple to make martial arts part of your family’s routine. We even love seeing families train side by side! Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or picking up where you left off, our free trial is the perfect way to begin your journey.
About The Program
Our classes are tailored by age to support every student’s development at their own speed. We create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where kids of all experience levels can gain confidence, learn valuable skills, and enjoy the journey.
Youth (Ages 5-11)
Give your child a fun and exciting introduction to Jiu-Jitsu and MMA! Our little kid's class is designed to help kids build confidence, improve coordination, and develop important life skills through structured drills and interactive games. In a positive and supportive environment, they’ll learn the basics of self-defense while staying active and having a blast!

Kids (Ages 7-12)
Our Young Warriors class is designed to help kids build confidence, discipline, and athletic skills through Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. With a focus on technique, self-defense, and conditioning, students will develop strength, coordination, and focus in a structured yet fun environment. This class encourages teamwork, respect, and perseverance, helping kids grow both on and off the mat.
What They’ll Learn:
- Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu and MMA techniques, including takedowns, escapes, and submissions
- Striking drills with boxing gloves, learning how to hit focus mitts with proper technique
- Improved strength, coordination, and overall fitness
- Discipline, focus, and respect for coaches and teammates
- Practical self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment

Adults (Ages 12+)
Our Adult Martial Arts Program offers a well-rounded training experience. Whether you're looking to build self-defense skills, improve fitness, or challenge yourself competitively, our program provides expert instruction in a supportive and high-energy environment. Designed for all skill levels, this program helps students develop technique, strength, and confidence while pushing their limits.
What’s Included:
- Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi) – Master submissions, sweeps, and positional control for both sport and self-defense
- Boxing – Learn striking fundamentals, footwork, and combinations while hitting mitts and bags
- Judo – Develop powerful throws and takedowns to control opponents
- Muay Thai – Train explosive kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch work for striking efficiency
- Wrestling- Builds strong takedowns and control
- Kali- develops fluid weapon skills, sharp reflexes, and practical self-defense through dynamic, real-world movement and technique

How often are your mats cleaned?
We pride ourselves on being one of the cleanest schools in Austin! Our mats are cleaned multiple times throughout the day with a hospital grade disinfectant. It is also non-toxic.
Are classes male and female?
Yes, all of our classes are co-ed.
Are you an approved APD vendor?
Yes! We are an approved Austin Police Department Jiu Jitsu program.
Will there be any unexpected charges or long-term commitments?
We have a variety of memberships to suit your needs. Plans start monthly with only a 30 day notice to cancel.
What do I need to bring to class?
Just wear shorts and a T-shirt and bring a water bottle. We have a reverse osmosis water station available if you need to refill. A rash guard or compression shirt is recommended for Jiu-Jitsu classes. If you don’t have training gear yet, clean loaner uniforms and boxing gloves are available for you to use during your free trial.
Am I allowed to observe class?
Absolutely!
What age groups do you accept for your program?
We have kid and adult programs. Kid's classes start at 4 years old.
Can you tell me about your free trial program?
It gives you and/or your child access to any class on the schedule for one week.
Does the gym have showers?
Yes! We have private showers stocked with natural soap. Be sure to bring your own towel.
I'm a beginner. What classes should I start in?
Any of the fundamental classes (Fundamental BJJ, Fundamental Muay Thai, Fundamental Boxing) or any Judo class would be a great place to start; Really any class except MMA unless you have some experience.
