Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program introduces students to a well-rounded system of martial arts that combines striking, grappling, and practical self-defense. Students develop skills from disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, and wrestling while building strength, coordination, and discipline.

Youth (Ages 5-11)

Give your child a fun and exciting introduction to Jiu-Jitsu and MMA! Our little kid's class is designed to help kids build confidence, improve coordination, and develop important life skills through structured drills and interactive games. In a positive and supportive environment, they’ll learn the basics of self-defense while staying active and having a blast!

Our Young Warriors class is designed to help kids build confidence, discipline, and athletic skills through Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. Our Adult Martial Arts Program offers a well-rounded training experience. Whether you're looking to build self-defense skills, improve fitness, or challenge yourself competitively, our program provides expert instruction in a supportive and high-energy environment. Designed for all skill levels, this program helps students develop technique, strength, and confidence while pushing their limits.What’s Included:Beginners are always welcome!   • Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi) – Master submissions, sweeps, and positional control for both sport and self-defense
  • Boxing – Learn striking fundamentals, footwork, and combinations while hitting mitts and bags
  • Judo – Develop powerful throws and takedowns to control opponents
  • Muay Thai – Train explosive kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch work for striking efficiency

Absolutely no hidden charges! Our pricing is clear, and there's no need to sign any long-term agreements.

How do you accommodate children with special needs?

We’re proud to offer an inclusive environment and are happy to accommodate a wide range of student needs. Feel free to contact us so we can find the best way to support your child.

What’s the recommended attire for my child during class?

We suggest wearing comfortable athletic clothing. For martial arts, a uniform is required and can be purchased directly from us.

Am I allowed to observe my child’s classes?

Absolutely! Parents are welcome to watch classes from our designated viewing area—we want you to stay connected to your child’s martial arts progress.

What age groups do you accept for your programs?

We offer classes for children, teens, and adults, starting as young as 4 years old.

How do you ensure the safety of the students?

Safety is our top priority. Our facilities are cleaned daily by a professional cleaning company. Our lead instructors are certified in CPR and first aid yearly and our facilities are equipped with first aid kits as well as AEDs.

Can you tell me about your free trial program?

New students can enjoy a one-week free trial to try out our classes and determine if it suits their needs.
